This isn´t just another menu. It is a selection of dishes from our menu of first course (in half ration version), and a wink to different stews that have marked us, either from the historical point of view as the pot or the longed octopus with patatinas of the Thursdays Gijónes, or because we believe that they are the hallmark of traditional cuisine.
